Three teenaged students at KnowledgePoints in the Cleveland areHere's how it works:

1. Testing and Diagnosis. We start by giving your child a series of diagnostic tests that pinpoint strengths and weaknesses. Your child's grades and test scores have already told you that he or she is having problems in school. Our Diagnostic Assessment tells you why.

2. Individualized Tutoring. We use the results of the Diagnostic Assessment to prepare customized tutoring plans for your child. We immediately get to work on the skill areas that need help, without wasting time on skills that are already strong. Time is precious. Your child will only be this age once, and we want to help you make the most of it.

3. Motivation and Rewards. Eventually, for most students, success becomes its own reward. But at the start, whether they're pre-schoolers or 10th graders, students who have had problems in school have experienced frustration, failure, and disappointment. Our unique system of motivation and rewards keeps students upbeat and focused from Day 1 of their individualized KnowledgePoints program. It also provides the positive reinforcement that turns feelings of frustration and failure into confidence, pride, and expectations of success.
