Marci Hirsh
Director of Learning
Exton KnowledgePoints

Marci Hirsh is the Director of Learning at the KnowledgePoints Learning Center in Exton. She is responsible for providing quality, affordable and convenient year-round tutoring for students in grades Pre-K through 12.
Marci’s past experience was as a Director in a learning center environment. She spent five years in this type of setting as both a Director and a part-time teacher while raising her family. She has also tutored students privately for the past two years in subjects ranging from phonics through writing and study skills. Marci has experience working with students of all ages and grade levels from pre-Kindergarten through adults. Prior to teaching, she was a caseworker for the Department of Public Welfare in Philadelphia County providing assistance to families in need.
Marci graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her Masters of Education and Secondary School certification in Social Studies from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Marci resides in Chester County with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and being an active member in her community.
Jennifer L. McKissock
Senior Director of Learning

Jennifer McKissock is the Senior Director of Learning at the Philadelphia-area KnowledgePoints. She has managerial responsibilities in each of our Centers to ensure we are providing quality, affordable and convenient year-round tutoring for students in grades K through 12. Currently, she is focusing on reaching out to community organizations and families that can benefit from the various programs that KnowledgePoints has to offer.
Jennifer’s previous experience was as an elementary educator within a variety of educational settings. She spent three years working as a seventh and eighth grade teacher in which she taught science, social studies, and language arts. Jennifer was also involved as a faculty advisor in various extracurricular activities. She was the social studies building coordinator, yearbook moderator, and graduation coordinator. She also taught in the Norristown and Philadelphia School Districts. Most recently, Jennifer was a Director of Learning at our Broomall location. She has been with KnowledgePoints since 2004.
Jennifer graduated with a B.S. Ed. in Elementary Education and a minor in Reading from Shippensburg University. She obtained her Pennsylvania certification in Elementary Education in 2001. She has also volunteered for the Juvenile Diabetes Association. Jennifer currently resides in West Norriton, PA.
David J. Martin
Owner/President
Education Enhancement Enterprises, Inc.

Dave Martin is owner of this KnowledgePoints franchise location. He is President of Education Enhancement Enterprises, Inc. (EEE, Inc), the approved area sponsor of KnowledgePoints since June 2003. His franchise territory is located in Pennsylvania, just outside the City of Philadelphia in Delaware and Chester Counties. He currently operates four Learning Centers in the territory. Each Center is an approved provider of supplemental education services in the state of Pennsylvania for the Federal NCLB Program as well as two other state grant programs. As a result of his efforts in this area, Dave has developed a good reputation and positive working relationship with the school districts receiving these services. Consequently, he has also operated a large (180-student) summer program for one such school district at their location as well as satellite centers in other schools for the NCLB Program.
In June 2006, Dave and a group of fellow franchisees formed a new company, KPI Acquisition Corp. (KPI). KPI acquired the KnowledgePoints education system and selected assets from the former franchisor and its holding company. As a result, KPI is the new franchisor for KnowledgePoints in the United States. Dave currently serves as Chairman of the Board of KPI.
Dave is a business executive with extensive management experience in both the public and private sector. Prior to the formation of EEE, Inc, he spent twelve years at WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS), a $1.8 billion regional banking institution. Initially he was part of the management team that helped to turn the bank from the brink of failure to a healthy and well-capitalized banking institution. In his most recent position at WSFS he served as Managing Vice President – Director of New Business Development. In this role, Dave provided leadership at the executive level to explore and evaluate new business lines and growth opportunities for the bank. In addition, Dave managed one of the bank’s most unique and profitable business units. He also served in various retail banking and financial management positions during his career at WSFS. Prior to joining WSFS, Dave worked for three years with SEI Corporation as a Divisional Controller of the Financial Services Division. Before SEI Corporation, he worked approximately five years in public accounting, with the majority of his employment at Arthur Young & Company.
Dave has a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University. In addition, he has passed the Pennsylvania CPA Exam as well as the National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7 Licensing Exam. Dave is married with two children and resides in Havertown, Pennsylvania. He has also been active in various charitable and community programs including HOSTS (mentoring), Junior Achievement, and Meals on Wheels. Additionally, Dave currently serves as Chairman of the Leadership Team (or Administrative Board) of his Church. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Wesley Foundation, which serves students on the Drexel University campus. Dave is also involved with his children’s activities, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Haverford Ice Hockey Club and as a leader in his son’s Scout Troop.
