Development Manager

Heather McPherson is Development Manager at KnowledgePoints®, a nationally recognized tutoring franchise that helps kids build academic skills and achieve success. Ms. McPherson has been a part of the KnowledgePoints corporate family since 2001 and she brings that experience and knowledge into her current role in the development department.

Ms. McPherson started her career in the medical field prior to joining KnowledgePoints. She used her business education to assist in the growth of multiple orthopedic surgical practices in the Portland, Oregon area. During her twelve years working in the surgical community, Ms. McPherson developed diagnostic procedures, worked with two major hospital systems in developing surgical protocol for orthopedic patients, managed office staff, and spent numerous hours assisting patients in every facet imaginable. Ms. McPherson has spent her career helping others, making a difference in the lives of others.

Throughout her time with KnowledgePoints Ms. McPherson has worn many hats within the corporation. She has been involved in everything from setting-up a warehouse, developing procedures, providing administrative support to the President, COO, and CEO, to helping form the structure of the operations department. Ms. McPherson has an intimate understanding of the history of KnowledgePoints and is helping to shape our future.

Ms. McPherson is focused on assisting people who have an interest in owning their own business come to a well-informed decision as to whether KnowledgePoints is the right fit for them.
