I do not have an education background. With the support staff of KnowledgePoints and a supportive community of franchisees, I was given every tool ever needed to take the plunge. My centers are profitable; we are highly respected by the community and the schools in my area. I chose to jump and grow my wings on the way down. I have never looked back.
