One of the essential success factors for any franchise is the training and support provided by the company. In the KnowledgePoints system, this factor is doubly important because we provide two different tracks of operational support for our Learning Centers, one for the franchisees and one for the unit managers.

Franchisees

The first support track is directed at franchisees and making sure they have all the information and skills they will need to successfully run their tutoring business. The principal areas we cover in franchisee training include:

We also provide many ongoing training opportunities for both franchisees and unit managers monthly as well as periodic company communications, onsite reviews, regional meetings and our annual convention.
