Summer Programs

The summer is the perfect time for tutoring! This is a great opportunity to fill in learning gaps, turn weak areas into strengths, and/or prepare for those challenging courses that students will be taking next school year.

The summer is also a critical time to keep your children's minds engaged. "Summer learning loss" is a term educators use to describe what many students experience over the summer and it occurs when they don't engage in educational activities.  On average, students lose approximately 2.6 months of grade level equivalency over the summer, with the cumulative gap growing to 18 months by the end of 6th grade!

As such, KnowledgePoints will be offering all of our traditional tutoring programs over the summer.

We will also be offering the following three "mini-camps" during the summer only:

I’m An Author, Too!
Writing and Publishing Camp

Led by Author Brenda Darnley Martin and Cherish Bound Story Consultant Kelly Falconer-Miller

A new kind of camp about the joys of writing and publishing books.
