"I am writing to give you, and KnowledgePoints, special thanks and my heartfelt appreciation for a job incredibly well done.

I just got Jacob's first trimester report card in the mail.  He got five (count 'em, five!!!) "A"s and one "B" in his academic subjects.  This was not only the best report card Jacob has ever received, it is the best report card that any of my boys has ever brought home from school. I am in a state of euphoria, to be quite honest with you.

I was especially impressed by the enormous strides he made recently in his writing skills (he got an "A" in this skills area), which was deemed to be an area of particular weakness for him at the end of the last school year.  I am sure that his outstanding improvement in this area is due mostly to his work with KnowledgePoints.  In this respect, I want to thank you for creating an "ad hoc" writing program for Jacob before KnowledgePoints had a commercial program available to the general public, and then, when KnowledgePoints did release its program, individually tailoring the program to meet Jacob's needs and our tutoring schedule. (As you know, it was a "workshop" program that was designed to be administered in multiple-hour "blocks" of time which you modified to fit with our hourly tutoring sessions.) 

Furthermore, the overall academic progress that Jacob has made through his work with KnowledgePoints over the last few years is nothing less than stunning.  When he began with KnowledgePoints, he was behind a grade level (in many cases he was significantly behind) in virtually every academic area and was struggling just to stay in his school's "mainstream" classes.  Once he began your program, however, his improvements were swift, steady and sure.  Now, he is an excellent student and his confidence, focus, and self-image have gone through the roof.
